摘要
目的:基于医院业务集成平台与临床科研数据中心项目研究患者主索引的建设,实现医院众多应用系统间患者信息的同步与共享.方法:应用HL7 v3标准,结合卫生部的标准,通过建立身份证实名就诊原则,对全局患者信息库中数据按匹配算法进行清洗合并,建立患者信息唯一索引与各注册系统的数据建立关联.建立患者主索引服务端,实现全院患者的统一管理.结果:成功实现了患者信息的交叉索引,以居民身份证、姓名、性别、出生日期作为主索引建立的重要标识,为临床数据中心的建立,各个系统的交互及临床文档的共享奠定基础.结论:医院患者主索引系统的建设将分布于不同系统、不同数据结构、不同标识的患者信息进行整合,为各系统信息提供共享平台,推动各项业务随时加以改进,加快医院信息系统持续革新的步伐.
Abstract
Objective:Based on the construction of hospital business integration platform and clinical data wvarehouse,the Master Patient Indexes are studied to achieve synchronization among many applications information systems in hospital patient.Methods:Through the applications of HL7v3 standards and the Ministry of Health standards,the rule of real-name identification visits is set up.The patient basic information in hospital information system is cleaned and merged by specific matching algorithm for establishing a unique index patient information data repository.Results:The patient identifier cross-referencing is successful implemented,and the resident identity card,name,sex,date of birth are chosen as the main index of establishing the EMPI system.It lays the foundation for the construction of clinical data repository and promotes the interaction among different system and clinical document.Conclusion:The EMPI system integrated different data structures and different systems,provided patient information sharing platform for different information system in hospital.Thus help to promote the rapid development of the hospital business and accelerate the ongoing reform of the hospital information system.
