以宁波市某三级甲等医院为例,对医院IT运维服务管理过程进行了分析,结合微信企业号的功能特性,设计并实现了具备微服务台、运维监控与报警、IT资产管理、运维助手知识库等功能的医院IT运维服务管理系统,为医院提供了一种IT运维服务管理解决方案参考.
Design and Analysis of Hospital's IT Operation & Maintenance Management System Based on WeChat Enterprise Platform
This paper takes A Tertiary General hospital in Ningbo as an example, and analyzes the process of hospital's IT operation & maintenance management. Combined with the features of we chat enterprise platform, this paper designed a hospital's IT operation & maintenance management system including service desk, maintenance monitoring and alarming, IT assets management, maintenance assistant. In a word, this paper provides a reference solution of IT operation & maintenance management system for hospital.
