This paper analyzes the development status of the digital transformation of child-friendly hospitals,and discusses the difficulties,challenges encountered in the transformation process.Taking the digital transformation exploration and practice of Shanghai Children's Hospital as an example,this paper conducts detailed application analysis and effect evaluation,and probes into the future development direction of digital transformation of child-friendly hospitals.It has been proven that digital transformation is not only the core driving force for building a child-friendly hospital,but also an important engine to promote business innovation and process optimization of children's hospitals,empowering the hospital to provide more friendly and efficient service capabilities.
