Objective By integrating"Internet hospital"and"IoTs platform",to transform and upgrade the child sleep monitoring project from the traditional hospital-based"offline consultation and auxiliary examination"model to a new service model of"online consultation and home monitoring"based on Internet hospitals.Methods Based on the hospital's Internet platform,a comprehensive child sleep monitoring center integrating online and offline services was established.The center utilized the Internet center+IoT devices to enable home sleep monitoring,diagnosis and treatment of children at home,providing high-quality medical services and optimizing medical resources allocation.Results After a period of actual operation,compared with the traditional outpatient appointment and inpatient treatment process,the average diagnosis and treatment time for children under the new model has been significantly improved.Conclusion The new model of"online consultation and home monitoring"based on Internet hospitals can effectively reduce the time and transportation expenditure of patients,shorten the waiting period of patients,and improve the operation efficiency of the entire medical system.
