Objective To extend the management of respiratory asthma in children from the hospital to the community,and promote the standardization,integration and intelligentization of diagnosis and treatment services for children with asthma,by applying the Internet,IoT,Al and other information technologies.Methods An home-based integrated intelligent management platform for asthma in children based on Internet+was built to interconnect online and offline,in-hospital and out-of-hospital,and to achieve an integrated,intelligent closed-loop management of asthma in children from prevention,diagnosis,treatment,monitoring to home health management.Results Since the platform was launched in December 2023,it has provided online and offline integrated health management services for 19,200 children with respiratory chronic diseases,which improved the children's adherence to asthma treatment at home and their health management ability.Conclusion The platform can effectively improve the consistency and effectiveness of the treatment of children with asthma,provide strong support for the prevention and treatment of chronic respiratory diseases in children.
