Objective In order to ensure the orderly development of newborn congenital heart disease screening,actively explore a nationwide collaborative management model.Methods Based on the mobile Internet,a whole-process management information system for screening,diagnosis,treatment and follow-up of congenital heart disease was designed.Results The system integrated a comprehensive visual supervision process from screening,diagnosis to treatment,and ensured the controllability of quality management,thus providing a solid information foundation for the collaborative operation between business institutions and management organization.Conclusion The information platform can provide strong data support for national-level policy-making,and can innovatively explore a new working model for promoting the standardization,regulation and homogenization of the screening of congenital heart disease.
