Objective To accommodate the large scale and complex demands of hospital's research,a hospital research management system is designed and established to promote data sharing and service collaboration,thereby improving user experience.Methods A hospital research management system was developed,which includes modules of project management,funding management and achievement management,and the business process was digitized.Utilizing big data governance technology and mobile internet technology,the paper automatic collection and mobile applet were constructed respectively.The interface or intermediate library was used to connect with HRP system and other research platforms.Results The hospital research management system significantly improved the efficiency of research project and funding management,reduced the time researchers spend on administrative tasks,and improved user experience.Through system interconnection,cross-departmental and cross-system data sharing and service collaboration were realized.Conclusion The construction of the hospital research management system can not only meet the daily management needs of research activities,but can also promote the innovative exploration in hospital research management.
