Objective To shorten the issuing time of bedside ultrasound report and improve the quality and efficiency of medical service.Methods The PACS client and ultrasound equipment were connected to the intranet by wireless network,Worklist and DICOM gateway services were configured,and DICOM-JPG program was invoked to convert image format.Results The system optimized the examination process,improved the quality and efficiency of bedside ultrasound examination report,and accelerated the work efficiency of clinical departments.Conclusion The system can realize the whole-process and one-stop digital service of bedside ultrasound from registration to report,bringing more economic and social benefits to the hospital.
