虚拟仿真技术在危重患者急救输液技术教学平台中的应用与效果研究

目的:基于虚拟仿真技术构建危重患者急救输液技术教学平台,提高急诊护士的急救输液技术.方法:运用自主构建的骨髓腔穿刺虚拟仿真训练平台,建立急救输液技术平台,引导学生自主训练,并进行教学评价.选择2022年1月至2023年12月在我院参加急诊专科培训、重症专科培训及卫勤训练的335名护理人员作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用虚拟仿真技术构建的危重患者急救输液技术平台.授课结束后分别进行理论考试、操作考试和教学效果评价.结果:对照组护士的理论成绩为(92.79±10.53)分,观察组护士的理论成绩为(95.12±7.79)分,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组护士的操作成绩(86.36±5.03)分,观察组护士的操作成绩(95.61±6.73)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护士在适应教学课程、教学模式的深度、广度及教学模式没有增加学业负担方面比较,两组差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),而在授课时间、内容分布、参加课程积极性、满意度、学习积极性、提高骨髓穿刺技术、提高自主学习能力及希望以后课程能够采用此次教学模式方面,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于虚拟仿真技术的新教学模式改良了传统教学的缺点,为急救输液技术的教学提供新方式;但需客观看待虚拟仿真技术的优势和劣势,充分发挥虚拟仿真技术在教学中的真正作用,增强护理人员对急救输液技术的认识,对于不足之处,也需要不断探索改进.
Application and effect research of teaching platform of emergency infusion technology for critical patients based on virtual simulation technology
Objective To build a new teaching platform of emergency infusion technology for critical patients based on virtual simulation technology,in order to improving the emergency infusion technology of emergency nurses.Methods The independently constructed virtual simulation training platform of bone marrow puncture was used to establish the emergency infusion technology platform was established,guiding students to train independently and conducting teaching evaluation.A total of 335 nursing staff who participated in the emergency specialist training,critical care specialist training and health service training in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,which were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the emergency infusion technology platform constructed by virtual simulation technology for critically ill patients.Theoretical examination,operation examination and teaching evaluation scale were used to analyze respectively after the teaching.Results The theoretical score of the nurses in the control group was(92.79±10.53)points,and the theoretical score of the nurses in the observation group was(95.12±7.79)points,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The operational score of the nurses in the control group was(86.36±5.03)points,and the operational score of the nurses in the observation group was(95.61±6.73)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups of nurses in terms of adaptation to the teaching curriculum,the depth and breadth of the teaching mode and whether the teaching mode aggravates academic burden or not were compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),whereas the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)between the observation group in terms of teaching time,content distribution,motivation to participate in the course,satisfaction,learning motivation,improvement of bone marrow aspiration,improvement of independent learning ability and the hope that this teaching mode can be adopted in future courses.Conclusion The new teaching mode based on virtual simulation technology can improve the shortcomings of traditional teaching and provide a new way of teaching emergency infusion technology.However,it is necessary to objectively look at the advantages and disadvantages of virtual simulation technology,give full play to the real role of virtual simulation technology in teaching,enhance the nursing staffs understanding of emergency infusion technology,and for the shortcomings,it is necessary to continue to explore and improve.
