摘要

目的:阐述基于临床科研数据中心构建专病数据智能平台的建设路径及成效.方法:在临床科研数据中心通用数据治理基础上,对数据治理关键技术和专病数据智能平台架构进行讨论,完成基于临床科研数据中心的专病数据智能平台建设.结果:完成多中心急性肾损伤、强直性脊柱关节炎、腹部创伤、急性胸痛等9个专病数据库的建设,覆盖医院近20年的临床数据.结论:基于临床科研数据中心的专病数据智能平台,提高了专病数据治理及质控效率,不仅实现了快速建库,还实现了专病库数据的动态更新和智能分析.

Abstract

Objective To elaborate the path and effect of building a disease-specific data intelligent platform based on clinical research data center.Methods Based on the general data management of clinical research data center,the key technologies of data governance and the architecture of disease-specific data intelligent platform were discussed,and the disease-specific data intelligent platform based on clinical research data center was constructed.Results Nine disease-specific databases were constructed,including acute kidney injury,ankylosing spondylitis,abdominal trauma and acute chest pain,etc,covering the clinical data of the hospital in the past 20 years.Conclusion The disease-specific data intelligent platform based on the clinical research data center can improve the efficiency of disease-specific data management and quality control,which not only realizes the rapid database construction,but also realizes dynamic update and intelligent analysis of disease-specific database data.
