《伤寒论》类方知识图谱构建及应用研究

目的:基于经方分类体系,构建《伤寒论》类方知识图谱,助力以经方方剂为主线的《伤寒论》知识表示及类方研究.方法:以"领域本体七步法"为指导抽取概念及关系,进行模式层构建,在模式层约束下进行知识抽取,应用Neo4j图数据库和Python编程软件导入抽取结果,构建知识图谱,以可视化的形式展现《伤寒论》类方知识及关联,并以栀子豉汤类方为具体实例,展现知识图谱在类方分析与研究中的作用.结果:共构建抽取概念16大类、对象属性15个、数据属性4个、关系属性1个;共导入节点4 300个,关系5 227条,形成《伤寒论》类方知识图谱,结合Cypher语句可以进行可视化展示和查询,以知识图谱的形式比较方剂组成、主治症状的相似性与差异性,可以更加直观、快捷地分析方剂衍化规律.结论:以类方体系为核心框架构建知识图谱,有利于以方证为线索的《伤寒论》学习研究及类方知识的挖掘,也可为《伤寒论》在线学习系统的设计与应用奠定基础.
Study on the construction and application of knowledge graph of classified prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile Diseases
Objective Based on the classification system of classical prescriptions,to construct the knowledge graph of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,providing ideas and references for the research on knowledge representation and classified prescriptions of Treatise on Febrile Diseases with classic prescriptions as the main focus.Methods Under the guidance of the Domain ontology seven-step method,concepts and relationships were extracted,pattern layer was constructed,and knowledge extraction was carried out under the constraints of pattern layer.Finally,Neo4j graph database and Python programming software were applied to import the extraction results,and knowledge graph was constructed to visually display the knowledge and correlation of classified prescriptions of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.And through taking the prescription of gardenia tempeh soup as a concrete example,the role of knowledge graph in the analysis and research of classified prescriptions.Results In this study,16 categories of concepts,15 object attributes,4 data attributes,and 1 relationship attribute were constructed and extracted in the pattern layer.A total of 4,300 nodes and 5,227 relationships were imported into the case layer to form the knowledge graph of Treatise on Febrile Diseases related prescriptions,which could be visually displayed and queried based on Cypher statements.By comparing the similarity and difference of prescription composition and symptoms in the form of knowledge graph,the development law of the prescription can be analyzed more directly and quickly.Conclusion The construction of knowledge graph with classified prescriptions system as the core framework is conducive to the study of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and exploration of prescription knowledge with prescriptions and syndrome as the clue,and can also lay a foundation for the design and application of online learning system of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.
