城市污泥/煤矸石制备多孔陶粒的试验研究

在分析城市污泥和煤矸石化学成分、矿物组成及热分解特性基础上,设定了烧结制度;研究了不同配比、不同烧结温度对多孔陶粒体积密度、吸水率以及孔隙率等性能的影响.结果表明,以煤矸石和城市污泥二种原料可以制备多孔陶粒,当煤矸石∶城市污泥=80∶20~50∶50时,烧结温度1 120℃、保温1h,制备的多孔密度为1030~1200kg/m3、显气孔率在26~50%;吸水率在23~35%.城市污泥中有害重金属元素在陶粒中得到有效固化,不会对环境造成的二次污染.
Abstract
Based on analyzing chemical components,mineral composition and thermal decomposition characteristics of sewage sludge and coal gangue,the sintering schedule was set.That the different mix proportion and sintering temperature influence on the performance of porous ceramsite was studied.The results show that porous ceramsite is prepared by using coal gangue and urban sludge (coal gangue:urban sludge=80 ∶ 20-50 ∶ 50),and sintering temperature of 1120 ℃,the holding time of 1 hour.The porous ceramsite performance is bulk density of 1030~ 1200 kg/m3,water porosity of 26 ~ 50%,absorption of 23 ~ 35%.Harmful heavy metals of sewage sludge effectively curing in ceramic and two pollution to the environment can not be caused.
