海南黎族泥片制陶技艺探析

摘要
海南“黎族原始制陶技艺”是国家级非物质文化遗产,素以无轮泥条盘筑成型和露天平地堆烧著称.但在海南白沙县还活态保存了另一种同样原始但更为罕见的“黎族泥片制陶技艺”,以无轮泥片围合成型和露天平地堆烧为主要特征,并于2011年被纳入第三批国家级非物质文化遗产扩展项目名录.在田野调查的基础上,论述了海南黎族泥片制陶技艺的工艺过程、制陶工具、器物造型和用途等,并分析了其独特的价值意义.
Abstract
The "Li nationality pottery craftsmanship" is a national intangible cultural heritage in Hainan province.It's well known as a very ancient craft,such as using clay bar forming body without pottery's wheel and firing in outdoor space without kiln.But many people didn't know that in Baisha County of Hainan province there is another equally ancient but more rare craft which is named " day piece pottery craft of Li nationality",and in 2011 it was included in the third batch of national intangible cultural heritage list expansion project.The main feature of this primitive craft is using clay piece forming body without potter's wheel and firing pottery in the open air without kiln.This paper based on the fieldwork,complete records the molding and firing process,styles of clay piece pottery craft,pottery making tools,implement mould and usage,then analyzes its unique value in the history of Chinese ceramics technology.
