卫生陶瓷烘房内部扰流过程的数值模拟

在陶瓷生产过程中,坯体干燥耗能仅低于烧成陶瓷,研究了在坯体干燥的过程中,影响干燥效率的因素。对烘房内部的速度场及温度场进行稳态模拟,从提高坯体干燥效率入手,对烘房的3种不同进口流速:8种不同扰流风扇压力:7种不同进口温度进行研究,探究了提高烘房内部流场及温度场均匀性的方法。得出当进口流速6m/s,进口温度70 ℃,扰流风扇压力110 Pa时,烘房内流场均匀性最好。
Numerical Simulation of Disturbance Process in Sanitary Ceramic Drying Room
In the process of ceramic production,the body drying energy consumption is only lower than that of fired ceramics.This paper studies the factors affecting the drying efficiency in the process of body drying.The steady-state simulation of the velocity field and temperature field inside the drying room was carried out.Starting from improving the drying efficiency of the blank,the methods to improve the uniformity of the flow field and temperature field inside the drying room were studied by studying three different inlet flow rates,eight different fan pressures and seven different inlet temperatures.It is concluded that when the inlet flow rate is 6 m/s,the inlet temperature is 70 ℃,and the spoiler fan pressure is 110 pa,the uniformity of the flow field in the drying room is the best.
