通过对钢渣和菱镁矿配方组成的优化,采用高温发泡法制备的兼具高强度和低热导率的Ca-Mg-Al-Si系高性能泡沫陶瓷,其主要原料为红柱石与粉砂质页岩,发泡剂为碳化硅,助熔剂为锂辉石。在测试其气孔率,体积密度与抗折强度等性能的同时,也使用Micro-CT、SEM、XRD、XRF等检测手段对泡沫陶瓷进行了表征。实验结果显示:当样品中加入11wt%钢渣,7wt%菱镁矿时综合性能最佳,此时抗折强度为11。15 MPa,热导率为0。091 W/(m·K),总气孔率为61。02%,闭口气孔率为55。30%,体积密度为0。944 g/cm3。
Preparation of Ca-Mg-Al-Si High Performance Foam Ceramics
By optimizing the composition of steel slag and magnesite,high-performance Ca-Mg-Al-Si foam ceramics with high strength and low thermal conductivity were prepared by the high-temperature foaming method.Its main raw materials are andalusite and sand shale,with silicon carbide as the foaming agent and spodumene as the fluxing agent.While testing its properties,such as porosity,bulk density,and flexural strength,Micro-CT,SEM,XRD,XRF and other detection methods were used to characterize the foam ceramics.The results show that comprehensive performance is best when the sample contains 11 wt%steel slag and 7 wt%magnesite.Under these conditions,the flexural strength is 11.15 MPa,the thermal conductivity is 0.091 W/(m·K),the total porosity is 61.02%,the closed porosity is 55.30%,and the bulk density is 0.944 g/cm3.
