氧化铝坩埚在注浆成型中的颗粒偏析调控

高性能坩埚的研究对高温合金的发展至关重要,鉴于坩埚制备过程中容易产生颗粒偏析导致坩埚微观结构不均匀、综合性能较差等问题,采用注浆成型法制备了高温合金熔炼用Al2O3坩埚,研究了分散剂、固相含量在注浆成型中对Al2O3坩埚颗粒偏析的影响,并结合颗粒偏析的理论分析进行探讨,以减少成型过程中颗粒偏析现象对坩埚造成的不良影响。当加入0。3 wt%柠檬酸铵和0。3 wt%阿拉伯树胶作为分散剂,固相含量为66 vol%时实现了注浆成型Al2O3坩埚中颗粒偏析的调控,制备的Al2O3坩埚结构均匀,可用于高温合金熔炼。
Particle Segregation Regulation in Slipping Casting of Al 2O3 Crucible
The research on high-performance crucibles is crucial for the development of superalloy.Due to issues such as particle segregation during crucible preparation,resulting in uneven microstructure and poor overall performance.The Al2O3 crucible for superalloy melting was prepared by the slipping casting method in this study.The effects of the dispersant and solid content on particle segregation during slip casting of Al2O3 crucibles were studied,and theoretical analysis of particle segregation was conducted to mitigate the adverse effects during the forming process.By adding 0.3 wt%ammonium citrate and 0.3 wt%gum arabic as dispersants and with a solid content of 66 vol%,the particle segregation regulation in the slip cast Al2O3 crucible was realized.The prepared Al2O3 crucible with a uniform structure was suitable for superalloy melting.
