核壳型碳化硅/石墨烯纳米材料的研究进展

摘要
综述了核壳型碳化硅/石墨烯纳米材料(GSCS)的制备方法,从机理出发对比分析了各种方法的优缺点,提出了下一步工艺改进方向;介绍了 GSCG及相关复相材料在电化学、光催化、润滑、吸波、导热等领域中的最新研究现状,探讨了核壳结构的组织、形貌等因素对各性能的影响规律,并对核壳型碳化硅/石墨烯纳米材料的研究方向提出了展望.
Abstract
This paper reviews the preparation methods of core-shell type silicon carbide/graphene nanomaterials(GSCS),compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various methods from the mechanism,and proposes the direction of process improvement in the next step.This article discusses the most recent research on GSCG and its related composite materials for electrochemical,photocatalysis,lubrication,wave absorption,and thermal conduction.The influence of factors such as the structure and morphology of the core-shell structure on various properties is discussed.Finally,the research direction of core-shell GSCS is prospected.
