摘要
试验采用固相合成法,通过Li2CO3掺杂,制得高能量密度的Pb0.95Sr0.05[(Mn1/3Nb2/3)0.04(Zr0.52Ti0.48)0.96]O3+0.25wt%CeO2+0.50wt%Yb2O3+0.15wt%Fe2O3三元系压电陶瓷材料.研究分析了掺杂不同质量分数的Li2CO3对PMnN-PZT压电陶瓷材料的压电性能、介电性能、相组成及其微观结构的影响.结果显示:当掺杂量为0.1 wt%,烧成温度为1050 ℃时,材料结构致密,晶粒均匀,材料的压电和介电性能:d33=340 pC/N,Kp=0.60,εr=725,tanδ=0.23%,Qm=670,g33=53.0 × 10-3 V.(m·N)-1,机电转化效率 d33·g33 为 18016.8 × 10-15 m2/N,满足能量收集器用压电陶瓷元件需要.
Abstract
In this experiment,Pb0.95Sr0.05[(Mn1/3Nb2/3)0.04(Zr0.52Ti0.48)0.96]O3+0.25wt%CeO2+0.50wt%Yb2O3+0.15wt%Fe2O3(PMnN-PZT)ternary piezoelectric ceramic materials with high energy density were prepared by doping Li2CO3 using a solid-phase synthesis method.The effects of doping different mass fractions of Li2CO3 on the piezoelectric properties,dielectric properties,phase composition and microstructure of the PMnN-PZT piezoelectric ceramics were investigated.The results show that when the doping amount is 0.1 wt%and the sintering temperature is 1050 ℃,the material structure exhibits dense and uniform grains,with piezoelectric and dielectric properties as follows:d33=340 pC/N,Kp=0.60,εr=725,tanδ=0.23%,Qm=670,g33=53.0× 10-3V·(m·N)-1,and the energy conversion rate d33·g33 is 18016.8× 10-15 m2/N,which meets the requirements for piezoelectric ceramic components in energy harvesters.
