基于专利维度全球陶瓷墨水技术发展态势研究

摘要
陶瓷墨水是一种含有特殊陶瓷粉体的液体,通常由陶瓷颜料、溶剂、分散剂、黏结剂、表面活性剂和其他助剂组成,是陶瓷喷墨打印技术的核心物质.为了解全球陶瓷墨水技术发展态势,基于专利维度,通过incoPat平台检索相关专利数据,从专利申请趋势、地域分布、创新主体和技术功效等角度进行分析.结果表明,全球陶瓷墨水领域当前处于快速发展期;中国、美国和日本同时为全球陶瓷墨水的主要技术来源国和目标市场国;企业在陶瓷墨水领域整体增长速度最快,但技术创新主体仍集中在国外企业;技术热点集中在提高陶瓷墨水的呈色能力和实现新功能等,技术突破点可从增强渗透性、控制合适表面张力和控制干燥速率等方面考虑.
Abstract
Ceramic ink is a liquid containing special ceramic powders,usually composed of ceramic pigments,solvents,dispersants,adhesives,surfactants,and other additives.It serves as the core substance in ceramic inkjet printing technology.To understand the global development trend of ceramic ink technology,this paper retrieves relevant patent data through the incoPat platform based on the patent dimension and analyzes its patent application trends,geographical distribution,innovation subjects,and technical effects.The results indicate that the global ceramic ink field is currently in a rapid development period.China,the United States,and Japan are simultaneously the main technical sources and target market countries for global ceramic ink.While enterprises have the fastest overall growth rate in the field of ceramic ink,the technological innovation entities remain concentrated in foreign enterprises.Technical hotspots focus on enhancing the color rendering ability and achieving new functionalities.Potential technological breakthroughs can be explored in areas such as improved permeability,control of suitable surface tension,and regulation of drying rates.
