摘要

采用了传统陶瓷制备工艺制备了(1-x)[0.935(Bi0.5Na0.6)TiO3-0.065BaTiO3]-xPr2FeCrO6(简写为 BNT-BT-Xpfc)无铅压电陶瓷,并研究了 PFC掺杂对该体系陶瓷相结构与电性能的影响.PFC的引入将BNT-BT陶瓷所具有的三方/四方共存结构转变为赝立方相结构.伴随着相结构的转变,BNT-BT陶瓷的铁电有序性被破坏,电致应变性能获得显著提升.材料在PFC掺杂量为0.6 mol%时获得最佳的电致应变性能:单向电致应变值达0.41%(60 Kv/cm),约合压电应变常数d33*(Smax/Emax)为683 pm/V.同时,该组分陶瓷还具有良好的电致伸缩性能,其室温下的电致伸缩系数Q33为0.023 m4/C2(60 Kv/cm).同时,Q33在室温至120 ℃温度区间无明显下降,呈现出优异的温度稳定性,表明该体系陶瓷在驱动器领域具有良好的应用前景.

Abstract

A lead-free piezoelectric ceramic(1-x)[0.935(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3-0.065BaTiO3]-xPr2FeCrO6(abbreviated as BNT-BT-xPFC)was prepared using conventional ceramic preparation process,and the effect of PFC doping on the phase structure and electrical properties of this system was investigated.The results show that doping of PFC transformed the coexisting rhombohedral-tetragonal structure of BNT-BT ceramics into a single pseudocubic phase structure.Along with the phase structure transformation,the ferroelectric long-range order of BNT-BT ceramic was disrupted,resulting in a significant enhancement of the electrostrain properties.The material exhibited the optimal electrostrain performance when the doping content of PFC was 0.6 mol%,the unipolar strain reaches 0.41%(60kV/cm),equivalently to a piezoelectric strain constant d33*(Smax/Emax)of 683 pm/V.Also,the ceramic composition exhibited good electrostriction properties,with an electrostrictive coefficient Q33 of 0.023 m4/C2(60 kV/cm)at room temperature.Furthermore,the Q33 shows no significant decrease in the temperature range from room temperature to 120 ℃,showing excellent temperature stability.These results indicate that this material has good prospects for applications in the field of actuators.
