关于鉴别贴花日用陶瓷釉上彩、釉中彩和釉下彩的方法

摘要
针对现有判别贴花日用陶瓷釉面装饰方法的局限性,文章提出了采用显微镜观察釉面横截面来鉴别贴花日用陶瓷釉上彩、釉中彩和釉下彩的新方法,并对不同釉面装饰材料类型产品进行铅、镉迁移量的测定.结果表明:部分釉上彩、釉中彩贴花样品可检测出少量铅、镉迁移量,釉上彩贴花紧贴于釉层表面,釉中彩贴花颜料部分沉入釉层,釉下彩贴花紧贴于坯体表面,贴花颜料占釉层百分比釉下彩＞釉中彩＞釉上彩.
Abstract
In view of the limitations of the existing methods for identifying the glaze decoration of household ceramics,This paper proposes a new method for identifying the over-glaze,in-glaze,and under-glaze colors of household ceramics by observing the cross section of the glaze surface with a microscope,and measures the migration of lead and cadmium in different types of glaze decoration products.The results show that a small amount of lead and cadmium migration can be detected in some samples of on-glaze and in-glaze decals.The on-glaze decals are close to the surface of the glaze layer,the in-glaze decals are partially sunk into the glaze layer,the under-glaze decals are close to the surface of the blank body,and the position of the decals is the percentage of the glaze layer under-glaze＞in-glaze＞over-glaze.
