基于正交试验法优化高温还原铁系结晶艺术釉配方

通过正交试验对结晶釉化学组成中主要影响因素:K2O+Na2O、K2O/Na2O、SiO2/Al2O3、SiO2、CaO/MgO、BaO、ZnO、Fe2O3进行定量并确定主次关系,制备出适合景德镇梭式窑烧成制度的铁系结晶艺术釉,解决流釉粘足、析晶保温时间过长的问题。得出釉料中组成(wt%)为:SiO2 68。9%,Al2O3 5。3%,Fe2O3 2。6%,CaO 5。3%,MgO 11。9%,K2O 1。3%,Na2O 2。6%,BaO 0。7%,ZnO 1。3%,TiO2 0。1%时,可得到底色黄绿,圆点状墨绿色晶体均匀分布的结晶釉。
Optimization of High Temperature Reduced Iron Series Crystal Art Glaze Formula Based on Orthogonal Experiments
This study used orthogonal experiments to quantitatively determine the primary and secondary relationships of the main influencing factors of crystal glaze chemical compostition:K2O+ Na2O,K2O/Na2O,SiO2/Al2O3,SiO2,CaO/MgO,BaO,ZnO and Fe2O3.A iron series crystal art glaze suitable for the firing system of the Jingdezhen shuttle kiln is prepared,addressing issues of foot sticking of the flowing glaze and excessively long time vequired for crystallization and thermal insulation.The crystal glaze with yellow green base color and evenly distributed dark green crystal dots can be obtained when the weight percentage of the glaze is SiO2 68.9%,Al2O3 5.3%,Fe2O3 2.6%,CaO 5.3%,MgO 11.9%,K2O 1.3%,Na2O 2.6%,BaO 0.7%,ZnO 1.3%,TiO2 0.1%,respectively.
