Study on the Photoluminescence Properties and Optical Temperature Sensing Characteristics of BaCaLa8(SiO4)6O2∶Eu3+Phosphors
BaCaLa8(SiO4)6O2∶Eu3+phosphor was synthesized, and its photoluminescence excitation and emission spectra were investigated to study its photoluminescent performance. In the lattice of BaCaLa8(SiO4)6O2,the Eu3+ions may occupy two different sites, which can be efficiently excited by the near-ultraviolet(n-UV)or blue light.Under the excitation of 392 nm n-UV light, the prepared phosphors showed red emission with a peak wavelength of 612 nm,indicating their application potential in solid-state lighting. The thermal performance of the phosphor with the optimal doping concentration was tested. At 423 K,the sample's photoluminescence intensity was 62.0%of that at 298 K,showing temperature-sensitive characteristics. The maximum relative temperature sensing sensitivity was 1.163%K1,revealing its potential application in the field of optical temperature sensing.
