摘要

从化学组成入手,运用三元相图理论计算陶瓷原料的配比及对应的化学成分,以磷渣作为钙质原料,铝灰作为铝质原料,粉煤灰作为硅质原料,磷石膏作为发泡剂,经混料、成型、养护、烧结制备了多孔陶瓷,当磷渣掺量为76%时,在1080 ℃下煅烧,保温120 min制备的多孔陶粒堆积密度为353.9 kg/m3、抗压强度为1.06 MPa、吸水率为18.74%,孔隙率为71.8%.统筹考虑了在全生命周期内节约资源,节约能源和使用性能三者之间的统一.

Abstract

Starting from the chemical composition,the ceramic raw material ratios and corresponding chemical compositions were calculated using ternary phase diagram theory.Porous ceramics were prepared by mixing,forming,curing,and calcining phosphorus slag as a calcium source,aluminum ash as an aluminum raw material,coal ash as a silicon raw material,and phosphogypsum as a foaming agent.When the phosphorus slag content is 76%,sintering at 1080 ℃ for 120 minutes results in porous ceramic granules with a bulk density of 353.9 kg/m3,compressive strength of 1.06 MPa,water absorption rate of 18.74%,and porosity of 71.8%.The study considered resource conservation,energy savings,and performance throughout the entire lifecycle.
