基于incoPat数据库的氧化锆陶瓷专利分析

摘要
对全球氧化锆陶瓷的专利展开检索,并进行分析.从申请公开趋势、技术区域分布和创新主体的分析结果可以看出,氧化锆陶瓷技术目前处于技术成长期,专利公开数量呈稳步上升态势,创新主体以企业为主,国内在材料学领域拥有一流本科专业的高校具有较强的创新能力.此外,中国已是全球氧化锆陶瓷最大的技术来源国和技术流向国,但国内高校和企业专利申请的技术领域集中度较低,缺乏海外技术布局.针对上述分析结果,并结合我国氧化锆陶瓷自主创新的特点,从专利运营、技术创新、产学研合作以及高校专业建设四个方面为国内氧化锆陶瓷产业的未来发展提出了可行性建议.
Abstract
This paper searches and analyzes the patents of zirconia ceramics around the world,and it can be seen from the analysis results of the application publication trends,the technological regional distribution and the innovation subjects that the zirconia ceramic technology is currently in a growth phase,with a steady increase in the number of patent publications. The main innovators are enterprises,and domestic universities with top undergraduate programs in materials science have strong innovation ability. In addition,China has become the world's largest technology source and technology flow country for zirconia ceramics. However,the concentration of domestic universities and enterprises in the patent application of technology is relatively low,lacking overseas technological layout. In view of the above analysis results and combined with the characteristics of independent innovation of zirconia ceramics in China,the author puts forward feasible suggestions for the future development of the domestic zirconia ceramics industry from four aspects:patent operation,technological innovation,industry-university-research cooperation and university professional construction.
