Current Status of Research on the Stability of Ceramic Inks
Architectural ceramics are widely used in the fields of architecture,decoration and home furnishing. With the development of material science,innovative technologies are constantly emerging. Ceramic inkjet printing technology is a non-contact digital printing technology,which can significantly improve the decorative effect of ceramic surface,simplify the decorative process,and improve production efficiency. Ceramic ink is the core material of ceramic inkjet printing,and its stability has a great impact on the inkjet printing process and the final product quality. In this paper,we reviewed the research progress on the formulation of ceramic ink,the main factors affecting their stability and the improvement measures to improve stability,hoping to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the further optimization of ceramic ink.
