The process parameters of UV curing are important factors affecting the quality of UV curing molding.In this paper,the influence of exposure time and degreasing parameters of UV curing process parameters on the molding properties of UV cur-able Si3N4 ceramics was discussed.The experiment shows that when the solid content is 45vol.％and the exposure time is 10 s,the Silicon Nitride green body with a single-layer curing accuracy of IT grade 7 is formed.When the degreasing rate is 0.1 ℃/min,the sample green body without crack is obtained.
