摘要

当前,外部环境压力推动了我国陶瓷企业转型升级的步伐.很多大中型陶瓷企业将重心聚焦在节能减排、绿色低碳和自动化、数字化、智能化等领域,其中实现信息一体化管理是很重要的一个环节.喷雾干燥塔是陶瓷生产工艺不可或缺的一部分,生产过程产生大量的数据信息,实现喷雾干燥塔数据采集及监控对整个陶瓷产业升级具有重要意义.本文使用组态王软件,开发出一套实时监测和远程控制系统,可实现对新明珠某厂喷雾塔所有数据的采集和存储.

Abstract

At present,facing the external environmental pressure,the transformation and upgrading of China's ceramic enterprises have been promoted.Many medium and large ceramic enterprises focus on energy conservation and emission reduction,green and low-carbon,automation,digitalization,intelligentization and other fields.The realization of information integration man-agement is a very important link.The spray drying tower,capable of collecting a large amount of data information,is an indis-pensable part of the ceramic production process.The realization of spray drying tower data collecting and monitoring is of great significance to the upgrading of the entire ceramic industry.This paper introduces the use of Kingview software in developing a set of data collection and storage,real-time monitoring and remote control system for the spray tower of a factory in New Pearl Group Co.Ltd.
