Si3N4 ceramics have excellent mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,high temperature resistance,good thermal conductivity and biocompatibility.They are materials with great application prospects and are also the focus and hot spot of re-search in the field of ceramics.This article focuses on the performance and application progress of Si3N4 ceramics in modern industrial fields such as advanced manufacturing,electronic information,and biomedicine,and discusses the future research di-rection and development trend of Si3N4 ceramic materials.
