低铝原料低温制备高强建筑陶瓷及性能研究

以含铝量较低的矿渣、钢渣和页岩为原料在低温下制备高强建筑陶瓷,并通过XRD、XRF、SEM-EDS等表征手段研究了矿渣、钢渣和页岩对瓷胎抗折强度、吸水率和体积密度等性能的影响.结果表明:当矿渣、钢渣和页岩的用量分别为55 wt.%、10 wt.%和45 wt.%时,烧成制度为1 120 ℃下保温30 min,样品综合性能最佳,其抗折强度为85.91 MPa,吸水率为0.35%,体积密度为2.37g/cm3.瓷胎的主晶相是钙长石、透辉石和β-石英.
Preparation and Performance Research of High Strength Building Ceramics from Low Aluminum Raw Materials at Low Temperature
High strength building ceramics are prepared from slag,steel slag and shale with low-aluminum content as raw materi-als at low temperature.The effects of slag,steel slag and shale on flexural strength,water absorption and bulk density of ceramic body were studied by XRD,XRF,SEM-EDS and other characterization methods.The results show that when the dosages of slag,steel slag and shale are 55 wt.%,10 wt.%and 45 wt.%respectively,the firing system is at 1 120 ℃ for 30 min,the comprehen-sive performance of the sample is the best,its flexural strength is 85.91 MPa,water absorption is 0.35%and bulk density is 2.37 g/cm3.The main crystalline phases of ceramic body are anorthite,diopside and β-quartz.
