摘要

以龙泉窑梅子青釉为例,施釉于龙泉弟窑白胎上,按照改变还原开始温度或结束温度而得到的12种不同烧成制度,烧制后观察各烧成制品的釉色变化,找出梅子青釉在整个烧制过程中的呈色变化规律、定性描述还原速率、二次氧化速率以及还原比例,并准确推算出氧化气氛下釉的始熔温度和还原气氛下釉的始熔温度,从而为龙泉青瓷的烧制技艺提供理论依据和数据支撑.

Abstract

Taking the green glaze of Longquan kiln plum glaze as an example,the glaze was applied to the white body of Longquan Di kiln,and it was fired according to 12 different firing systems obtained by changing the reduction start temperature or the reduction end temperature.The change in glaze color of each fired product was observed and the law of the color rendering change of plum green glaze in the whole firing process was deduced.The reduction rate,secondary oxidation rate and reduction ratio were described qualitatively.The melting temperature of the glaze under oxidizing atmosphere and the melting temperature of the glaze under reducing atmosphere were accurately calculated.Thus,it provides theoretical basis and data support for the firing technique of Longquan celadon.
