At present,digital technology is leading the transformation and upgrading of various industries,and it has become a trend for digital technology to assist in the digital protection and dissemination of cultural heritage.The paper focuses on the digital restoration of ancient ceramics,and conducts empirical research and practice on the new technologies,processes,and methods emerging in the ceramic restoration industry,using the restoration of blue and white porcelain as a case study.By using new technologies such as 3D digital scanning acquisition,3D printing digital forming,new reverse modeling processes and pat-tern transfer printing processes,high-quality restoration of blue and white porcelain has been achieved from fragmentation to whole-ness,and then to authenticity.Thus a set of digitalized restoration methods of ancient ceramics has been preliminarily formed.
