豫中陶瓷产业创新发展路径——基于平顶山市陶瓷产业调查研究

以豫中地区平顶山市陶瓷产业为研究对象,对辖区内的制瓷原料进行采集、分类与化学组成检测,探究劣质原料高品质应用途径.对辖区内的陶瓷企业进行问卷调查与实地调研,探究区域内企业生产体系及人才与科技创新融合的发展模式.结果表明:辖区内制瓷原料质量多数处于中低等水平,铁含量较多,黏土类原料属于易熔黏土.宝丰地区原料以高铝为特点,可大量应用到汝瓷产品的制作中.还有部分含铁黏土,可制作紫砂器皿.鲁山地区原料以富铁为特点,可大量应用到鲁山花瓷及黑瓷产品的制作中.辖区企业在设备、人才、技术等方面水平都较低,需要在提高从业人员科技水平与开发陶瓷文旅融合的基础上,加强劣质原料高品质化应用与搭建科技创新平台,提升产品质量并降低成本.逐步升级绿色智能化设备,实现区域内陶瓷产业的创新发展.
Innovative Development Path of Central Henan Ceramic Industry Based on the Investigation of Ceramic Industry in Pingdingshan
Taking the ceramic industry of Pingdingshan in central Henan province as the research object,raw materials in the re-gions were collected,classified and charactered with chemical composition to explore the ways of high quality applications from inferior materials.Ceramic industries in the region were investigated by questionnaires and visits.Production system of regional enterprises and the integrated development mode of talents and scientific and technological innovation were explored.The results show that most of the raw materials in the area are of the middle and low quality with a lot iron content.The clay materials belong to fusible clay.Materials in Baofeng area are characterized with high aluminum,which can be widely used in Ru porcelain prod-ucts.In addition,some iron clay can be prepared purple clay pottery.Raw materials in Lushan area are characterized with rich iron,which can be widely used in Lushan style porcelain with natural pattern and black porcelain products.The enterprises in the jurisdiction are generally inadequate in their supply of equipment,talents and technology.It is necessary to strengthen high-quality application of inferior raw materials and build a scientific and technological innovation platform to improve product quality and reduce costs on the basis of improving the scientific and technological level of employees and developing the integra-tion of ceramic culture and tourism.On this basis,enterprises can gradually upgrade the green intelligent equipment and achieve the innovative development of the regional ceramic industry.
