A Comparative Study on Flat Heap Firing Technology of Coarse Pottery in Guangxi Zhuang and Yunnan Yi Ethnic Group
The stacking and firing technique of coarse sandy clay pottery of Zhuang ethnic group in Jingxi,Baise,Guangxi province,and the stacking and firing technique of coarse pottery of Yi ethnic group in Tuguozhai,Yuanjiang County,Yuxi,Yunnan province belong to the traditional techniques of primitive pottery firing of ethnic minorities in southwest China,which has a long history,unique technology and strong integrity and inheritance,and has become a local intangible cultural heritage.In this paper,field investigation and comparative study are adopted to record and analyze the heap burning technology in the two places in detail and draw many similarities and differences.The research results of this paper are not only beneficial to the development of modern ceramic flat heap firing technology,but also have strong reference value to the theoretical research of traditional ethnic creation culture.
