Abstract
This paper takes"The Journey of Ceramics"2023 Jingdezhen International Ceramic Art Biennale as an example,to explore the current state of ceramic sculpture under the influence of materials and aesthetic concepts in the exhibition.By reviewing the history of ceramic sculpture and analyzing the current state its formal language development,the key factors influencing the development of ceramic sculpture are revealed,including innovation in technology and materials,changes in social and cultural background,and in aesthetic needs.
