Bioinformatics Study on Key Enzymes of Sugarcane Lignin Metabolism Pathway
In order to understand the physicochemical properties of key enzymes of lignin metabolism pathway in sugarcrop-sugarcane,the sequence information of key enzymes(PAL,CAD,CCR,COMT)of lignin metabolism pathway was collected in the NCBI database, their physicochemical properties were analyzed by online software ExPASy-Prot Param, and the similarity of model plants and their sequences was compared by MEGA-7 soft-ware and an evolutionary tree was established. The results of their physicochemical properties showed that the key enzymes in the lignin metabolism pathway of sugarcane were mostly hydrophilic proteins, such as PAL,CCR,COMT of sugarcane, and CAD of sugarcane was hydrophobic protein. The key enzyme of the sugarcane lignin pathway is stability; The isoelectricpoints of the four key enzymes were neutral or weakly acidic; There lative mo-lecular mass and aminoacid number of PAL are different from those of other enzyme molecules. The results o f ev-olutionary tree sequences imilarity analysis showed that the CAD and COM molecules of sugarcane and sorghum were closely related, while thee volutionary relation ship of other molecules was farther. The PAL similarity of sug-arcane and switch grass is high;Sugarcane is closely related to wheat and corn.Through research,we can further understand the key enzymes of sugarcane lignin metabolism pathway, and provide some clues and references for future research on sugarcane lignin metabolism pathway.
