甜菜中两种ATP硫化酶亚型在盐胁迫下的表达(Ⅱ)

基于前期对甜菜苗期盐胁迫研究的基础上,对生育酚环化酶基因进行了克隆、构建表达载体,将重组表达载体转化至农杆菌中,再通过农杆菌介导将表达载体转入烟草中进行表达,对转基因植株进行核酸和蛋白鉴定,结果显示生育酚环化酶基因已成功在烟草植株中表达.
Expression of Two ATP Sulfuration Enzyme Subtype in Sugar Beet Under Salt Stress(Ⅱ)
Based on the previous research on salt stress in sugar beet seedlings,the tocopherol cyclase gene was cloned and an expression vector was constructed.The recombinant expression vector was transformed into Agrobacterium,and then transferred into tobacco for expression through Agrobacterium mediation.The transgenic plants were identified for nucleic acid and protein analysis,and the results showed that the tocopherol cyclase gene was successfully expressed in tobacco plants.
