In order to study the distortion effect of new composite box girder with corrugated steel webs(CSW),based on plate girder-frame method and displacement method,the distortion control differential equations and boundary conditions of single-box multi-cell new composite box girder with CSW were established,to obtain the analytical solution of distortion normal stress.Through the finite element simulation,the correctness of the derived results was verified.The distortion performance of new composite box girder with CSW and traditional composite box girder with CSW were compared and analyzed by the derivation results,as well as the influence of section height,cell width and steel bottom plate thickness on the distortion effect of new composite box girder with CSW.The results show that the distortion normal stress calculated by the method in this paper is in good agreement with the results calculated by the finite element model,and the variation law of distortion angle is consistent with the results calculated by the finite element model.Compared with traditional composite box girder with CSW,the distortion warping stiffness of new composite box girder with CSW decreases by 38.89%,and the distortion frame stiffness decreases by 71.84%.The anti-distortion ability decreases.With the increase of section height and cell width,the mid-span distortion angle and the mid-span distortion bi-moment of new composite box girder with CSW increase gradually,and the influence of cell width is more obvious.With the increase of steel bottom plate thickness,the mid-span distortion angle of new composite box girder with CSW decreases gradually,and the mid-span distortion bi-moment increases gradually.
