摘要

为解决非电气化铁路采用110kV/220kV强网传统方案构建电气化铁路牵引供电系统难度大、成本高的问题,提出一种基于储能的以风、光等新能源为主体的新型牵引供电系统.分别从储能技术类别、工作原理、数学模型和典型应用等方面对新型牵引供电系统进行总结,阐明适配新型牵引供电系统的储能技术属性,阐述新型牵引供电系统内涵、特征和形态,并建立新型牵引供电系统的电气拓扑、测控平台、监控网络和管控逻辑架构;面向新型牵引供电系统源-荷随机强波动特征,从整体视角论述组分相互作用机理、系统稳定运行机制、能量流均衡机制和系统效能涌现机理,以及规划与优化配置、电能高效变换、能量自洽调度、效能评估和性能保持等关键技术.结果表明:建立基于储能的非电气化铁路新型牵引供电系统,可实现非电气化铁路的绿色低碳、弹性自洽、经济高效的电气化升级;为后续开展"理论研究-仿真验证-试验验证-评估优化"循环迭代的闭环研究提供参考借鉴.

Abstract

To solve the difficulties and high cost of constructing electrified railway traction power supply systems while using traditional 110 kV/220 kV strong grid solutions in non-electric railway,a novel traction power supply system based on energy storage(ES)with new energy such as wind and light as the main body is proposed.This paper systematically summarizes the ES technology categories,working principles,mathematical models,and typical applications of the novel traction power supply system and elaborates on the ES technology attributes suitable for the novel traction power supply systems.Meanwhile,it characterizes the connotation,features,and form of the novel traction power supply system and presents the electrical topology,measurement and control platform,monitoring network,and control logic architecture of the system.In response to the strong random fluctuation characteristics of the source and load sections in the novel traction power supply system,this paper discusses two major supporting theories from an entirety perspective:the interaction mechanism of components and the stable operation mechanism of the system;the energy flow balance mechanism and the system efficiency emergence mechanism,as well as other key technologies:the planning and optimization configuration,the efficient transformation of electricity,the self-contain scheduling for energy,and the efficiency evaluation and performance maintenance.It can be seen that the novel traction power supply system based on energy storage can achieve the electrification upgrades featuring green,low-carbon,resilience,self-contain and cost-effective for the non-electrified railways and further provide references for the subsequent closed-loop research on the"theoretical research-simulation verification-experimental verification-evaluation optimization".
