摘要

针对低温环境下(5 ℃以下)温度对齿轮泵性能退化的影响,以驼峰车辆减速器齿轮泵为研究对象,以流量为性能退化分析指标,建立齿轮泵流量计算模型;采用带有线性函数或指数函数漂移项的维纳过程模型,建立包含工作压力、温度和等效磨损间隙的多参数齿轮泵性能退化过程模型;通过齿轮泵流量计算模型的分析结果与现场试验数据对比,建模分析低温环境下齿轮泵性能退化过程中环境温度、工作压力对齿轮泵性能退化的影响.结果表明:低温环境下齿轮泵的性能退化与环境温度存在强相关性;线性漂移模型较指数漂移模型有更优的统计拟合效果;包含多参数带漂移的维纳过程模型能有效表征齿轮泵的性能退化过程.

Abstract

This paper focuses on the influence of temperature on performance degradation of a gear pump running in low-temperature environment(below 5 ℃).A flow calculation model for the gear pump is established by taking the gear pump of the hump car retarder as the research object and the flow as the performance degradation index.Using the Wiener process model with linear function or exponential function drift term,a multi-parameter performance degradation model of gear pump is established including running pressure,temperature,and equivalent wear gap.Compared the analysis results of the gear pump of the flow calculation model with the field experiment data,the impact of environmental temperature and running pressure on the performance degradation of the gear pump in low-temperature environments is analyzed.The results indicate that there is a strong correlation between the performance degradation of gear pump and the environment temperature in low-temperature environment.The linear drift model is better than the exponential drift model in statistical fitting performance.The Wiener process model with multi-parameter drift term can effectively characterize the performance degradation process of gear pumps.
