摘要

针对国内外相关规范和标准提出的节段胶拼梁抗弯承载力计算式有所差别的问题,基于节段胶拼简支梁的静载试验,对其抗弯承载力进行计算研究.结果表明:在各种规范和标准中,中国铁路规范抗弯承载力的计算结果最接近极限值,公路规范的计算结果则相对较保守,而美国桥梁设计规范的计算结果基本等同于铁路规范;铁路和公路规范给出的整体式梁正截面抗弯承载力计算式可用于节段梁混凝土段内截面和接缝面的计算,计算结果偏于安全;节段内普通钢筋对截面抗弯承载力的影响约在3%;在计算节段拼装梁抗弯承载力时,跨中和接缝面均不需要考虑强度折减.

Abstract

In view of the difference between the calculation formulas of flexural bearing capacity of segmental assembled beams proposed by related codes and standards at home and abroad,the research on the calculation of flexural bearing capacity of segmental assembled beams was carried out based on the static load test result of segmental assembled simply-supported beams.The results show that among the various design codes and standards,the calculation results of China railway code are closest to the ultimate flexural bearing capacity,while the calculation results of highway code are relatively conservative.The calculation results of American bridge design code are basically equivalent to those of railway code.The calculation formula for the flexural bearing capacity of the normal section of the integral beam given by the railway and highway codes can be used in the solid section and joint section of the concrete segmented assembled beam,and the calculation results are relatively safe.The influence of ordinary steel bars in the solid section on the calculated flexural bearing capacity is about 3%.When calculating the flexural bearing capacity of segmental assembled beam,strength reduction is not considered in the mid-span and joint sections.
