摘要
生成式AI和GPT类技术应用风靡世界.本文综合讨论AI-GPT技术及其应用对知识管理的影响.AI-GPT技术应用生态已围绕代码生成及转换、文本生成及翻译、文生图及音频视频等功能形成,指出AI-GPT技术是变革信息管理(IM)的力量,正通过知识组织、知识检索、知识分析、知识服务、知识评价全面实现知识管理(KM).提出KM=IM×AI,即通过信息管理与AI的深度融合实现知识管理,提示AI-GPT技术及其应用生态下可以真正实现知识管理,也在引发一场智能技术革命,值得学界和业界高度关注.图1.表4.参考文献30.
Abstract
Generative AI-GPT technology is revolutionizing the world.This paper comprehensively explores the impact of AI-GPT technology and its applications on knowledge management(KM).The AI-GPT ecosystem has evolved around functionalities such as code generation and transformation,text generation and translation,and the creation of images with audios and videos from textual prompts.The study identifies that AI-GPT technology as a transformative force in information management(IM) is shaping knowledge management via knowledge organization,retrieval,analysis,service,and evaluation.This comprehensive integration leads to the formula KM=IM × AI,which reveals that knowledge management is achieved through the deep fusion of information management and artificial intelligence.AI-GPT technology demonstrates that overall knowledge management can be realized by leveraging the advanced capabilities of this ecosystem,marking a pivotal shift in how knowledge processes are conducted.The potential of these tools extends far beyond conventional applications,ushering in a revolutionary era of intelligent technologies.This transformative wave calls for significant attention from both academia and industry.As deeply merging AI into information management,the knowledge management promises unprecedented advancements,signaling a paradigm shift in how organizations and societies handle information and knowledge in the digital age.The implications are profound,heralding an era of smarter,more efficient overall knowledge management.1 fig.4 tabs.30 refs.
