Theoretical Framework and System Construction for Data-intelligence Integrated Information Analysis Methods
Data-intelligence integration is one of the innovative growth areas for information analysis methods in the digital-intelligent era.The development of data-intelligence integrated information analysis methods(DIIAs) stems from the revolution in technology,resource and scene within the context of digital transformation.DIIAs have attracted attention in the industry.Besides,there is an urgent need for academics to conduct pioneering research to establish their theoretical framework and system.DIIAs use deep learning,artificial intelligence,and other intelligent technologies to extract knowledge from large datasets for specific scenarios,and use the knowledge to achieve constraints and enhancements on large datasets.By focusing on the key points of data-intelligence integration,this paper defines the fundamental connotation of DIIAs,reconciles the differences among existing concepts,and deepens the understanding of DIIAs.The function of DIIAs is discussed in terms of methodological elements and scenario requirements,clarifying the application orientation,which includes the creation of "data-knowledge" dual-driven elements in the application,and the realization of matching among requirements,data,knowledge and models.From the theoretical framework perspective,the essential elements of DIIAs include data and knowledge,and the presence of data and knowledge in the "physical-cyber-social" ternary world constitutes the basis for the integration of data and knowledge to realize the DIIAs.The theoretical framework decomposes its rational logic into physical world,cyber space,and social system,which deepens the understanding of the internal mechanism of DIIAs and supports the integration of data and knowledge.From the methodological point of view,DIIAs contain three major components:data and knowledge,models and algorithms,as well as service objectives.Through the synergistic association of data and knowledge,cognitive computation of multiple interactions,and digital and intellectual empowerment of the application scenarios,data-driven,knowledge-driven,and data-knowledge dual-driven functions at multiple levels can be ultimately realized.The methodological system eliminates the confusion of the basic connotation and constituent elements of the DIIAs in previous studies,corrects the misunderstanding of overemphasizing the resource synergy of data and knowledge and the synergy of digitization and intelligent technology,and realizes the fusion of theoretical and methodological system,synergy of technological development,and linkage of the analysis process.Finally,the paper believes that DIIAs driven by the dual-drive of data and knowledge is an important direction for the development of information analysis methods.DIIAs will become the future of information analysis and decision-making in regular applications.4 figs.57 refs.
