摘要
计算机断层成像(Computed Tomography,CT)是一种通过采集物体不同角度X射线图像从而获得物体内部结构信息的先进三维成像技术.现有的双视角CT重建方法能够从双视角的X射线图像中重建物体内部结构,但重建断层分辨率有限.针对这一问题,本文提出了一种基于扩散模型的高分辨率双视角CT重建方法.该方法首先以2D扩散模型作为基本模型,并在其中加入了双视角投影先验作为生成条件,以实现断层图像的有约束生成.同时,为了更好地提高CT重建质量,该方法引入了 CT迭代优化作为数据一致性约束.随后,针对分辨率问题,该方法设计了一种高分辨率断层图像生成策略,能够有效提高CT重建的图像分辨率.实验结果表明,本文方法能够在兼顾图像质量的前提下实现高分辨率的双视角CT重建.
Abstract
Computed tomography(CT)is an advanced three-dimensional imaging technology that obtains the internal structure information of an object by acquiring X-ray images from different angles.Existing dual-view CT reconstruction methods can reconstruct the internal structure of objects from dual-view X-ray images,but the resolution of reconstructed images is limited.This paper proposes a high-resolution dual-view CT reconstruction method based on a diffusion model to address this issue.This method first u-ses a 2D diffusion model as the basic model,and adds a dual-view projection prior as the generation con-dition to achieve constrained generation of fault images.Then,to further improve the quality of CT recon-structions,this method introduces iterative optimization for CT as a data consistency constraint.Subse-quently,this method designed a high-resolution tomographic image generation strategy that can effectively improve the image resolution of CT reconstructions.Experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve high-resolution dual-view CT reconstruction with good image quality.
