萃取分光光度法测定掺伪芝麻油纯度的研究

利用芝麻油中含有特有成分芝麻素评价掺伪芝麻油纯度,因现行光谱法、色谱法等方法存在不同缺点,建立了萃取-分光光度法测定掺伪芝麻油纯度方法,甲醇在50℃条件按照芝麻油与萃取剂萃取比例1∶3、萃取120 min、萃取液与显色剂按1∶3比例、显色温度30℃、反应10 min、最大吸收波长510 nm处测量掺伪芝麻油中芝麻油纯度,方法标准偏差小于0.55%,方法回收率99.2%~104.7%,方法适用于各种品牌纯芝麻油及调和芝麻油的评价.
Determination of Adulterated Sesame Oil Purity by Extraction Spectrophotometric
Use sesamin in sesame oil to evaluate adulterated sesame oil purity, because the current spectroscopy, chromatography and other methods have different shortcomings, establish extraction spectrophotometric method for determination of adulterated sesame oil, methanol at 50 ℃ in accord-ance with the sesame oil and extraction agent extraction ratio of 1 : 3, the extraction for 120 min, ex-traction liquid and chromogenic reagent by the ratio of 1 : 3, color temperature of 30 ℃ , reaction for 10 min, the maximum absorption wavelength of 510 nm to measure the sesame oil purity in the adul-terated sesame oil, method of standard deviation of less than 0. 55%, and the recovery rate ranges from 99. 2% to 104. 7%, the method is applied to the evaluation of various brands of pure sesame oil and blend sesame oil.
