Design of a Factory with an Annual Output of 500 Tons of Corn Oligopeptide Powder
Corn oligopeptides have various physiological functions such as anti-oxidation,decreasing blood sugar and liver protection,and have been broadly applied in the fields of food,medicine and health care products.The aim of this paper is to design a factory with an annual output of 500 tons of corn oligopeptide powder.The factory site is located in International Agricultural Products Processing Industrial Park,Zhumadian City,Henan Province.Corn oligopeptide powder products are prepared by ultrasonic-assisted enzymolysis,activated carbon adsorption,membrane separation and spray drying technology.The general plane design,process design,material accountancy,equipment selection,environmental protection design and technical and economic analysis are identified.It is finally determined that the factory covers an area of 7 221 m2,with 65 staffs and an annual output of 500 tons of corn oligopeptide powder.The daily output is 2.2 tons,and the product specification is 10 kg/bag with a market price of 1 400 yuan per bag.The total investment of this project is 41.312 2 million yuan,the annual production cost is 32.966 million yuan,the annual sales amount is 92.40 million yuan,and the annual net profit is about 27.877 million yuan.The investment payback period is relatively short,which can be recovered in 3.98 years,and the factory can achieve good economic benefits.
