A total of 71 kinds of chemical components including nine categories such as flavonoids,alkaloids,coumarins,lipids and so on from Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium are analyzed online by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)combined with data analysis platform.By principal component analysis(PCA)and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA),it is found that the chemical components in Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium with different aging years are significantly different,and 17 kinds of characteristic components are screened out.With the extension of aging years,the content of isoliquiritin,kaempferol-3-O-β-D-sophoroside and thylitonin I increases,and the content of dehydrated safflower yellow pigment B and psoralen chalcone decreases.This method can be used to distinguish Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium aged for 3,5,10,15,20 years.In this study,the chemical composition of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium is understood and the differences of chemical composition of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium with different aging years are discussed,which has guiding significance for the rational development of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium with edible and medicinal value and has provided a scientific basis for the identification of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium with different aging years.
