Rapid Detection of Numb-Taste Substances in Zanthoxylum bungeanum Oleoresin Based on Differential Pulse Voltammetry
The content of numb-taste substances is an important quality index of Zanthoxylum bungeanum oleoresin.Based on differential pulse voltammetry in electrochemistry principles,a rapid detection method for the determination of numb-taste substances in Zanthoxylum bungeanum oleoresin with unmodified screen-printed electrode is established for the first time.By optimizing the enrichment time, voltage in the electrochemical workstation, the proportion of methanol in the tested solution and pH value, the method is constructed with ultraviolet spectrophotometer detection method as the control. The results show that the optimum conditions for the detection of numb-taste substances in Zanthoxylum bungeanum oleoresin with unmodified screen-printed electrode are as follows:enrichment time is 120 s,enrichment voltage is 0.2 V,the proportion of methanol in the tested solution is less than 5%and pH value is 1,2,3,the current value of sanshool shows a good linear relationship with its concentration in the range of 2~50 mg/L(R2=0.999),the spiked recovery rates are 97.60%~108.40%and the limit of detection is 0.22 mg/L.It is verified that this method has good detection consistency with the industry standard GH/T 1290-2020 method(RSD=4.75%).The established rapid detection method not only has the advantages of simple, convenient and fast operation, but also has the accuracy and repeatability of the traditional method. Therefore,it can be used as a rapid detection method of numb-taste substances in Zanthoxylum bungeanum and its products for scientific research and enterprise production practice, and it is expected to develop a portable rapid detection instrument of numb-taste substances based on this method.
