摘要
以阿拉伯胶和麦芽糊精为复合壁材,以肉豆蔻精油为芯材,采用喷雾干燥法制备微胶囊,并对其形态、释放性和吸湿性进行表征.结果表明,以包埋率为指标,经Box-Behnken Design响应面实验优化的微胶囊制备工艺为壁材浓度2.01%、芯壁比0.92、进风口温度185.56℃,此时预测包埋率为79.53%.3个因素的影响程度为芯壁比>进风口温度>壁材浓度.包埋后的微胶囊呈规则饱满的球形,粒径分布于5~9 μm,室温下在水中释放性良好,并且贮藏时具有一定的吸湿性.
Abstract
With Arabic gum and maltodextrin as the composite wall materials and Myristica fragrans Houtt.essential oil as the core material,microcapsules are prepared by spray drying method,and the morphology,release property and hygroscopicity are characterized.The results show that with the embedding rate as the index,the preparation process of microcapsules optimized by Box-Behnken Design response surface experiment is wall material concentration of 2.01%,core material-wall material ratio of 0.92 and inlet temperature of 185.56℃,at this time,the predicted embedding rate is 79.53%.The influence degree of the three factors is core material-wall material ratio>inlet temperature>wall material concentration.After embedding,the microcapsules appear as regular and full spherical shapes,and the particle size ranges from 5 μm to 9 μm.The microcapsules have good release property in water at room temperature and have certain hygroscopicity during storage.
