超声辅助提取竹叶黄酮及提取机理研究

文章采用超声辅助提取竹叶黄酮,通过响应面法得到最优提取条件.结果表明,最优提取条件为超声功率356 W、超声时间15 min、乙醇浓度59.6%、料液比1∶27(g/mL)、竹叶粉末大小60~80目、竹叶浸润时间40 min,该条件下竹叶黄酮提取率可达到(1.647 5±0.064)%.文章还分析了超声提取机理,发现超声波的热效应为竹叶黄酮的提取提供了适宜的温度,有利于竹叶黄酮的提取,同时超声波降解了竹叶的细胞壁,减小了传质阻力,从而有利于竹叶黄酮的溶出.
Study on Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction of Flavonoids from Bamboo Leaves and Extraction Mechanism
In this paper,ultrasonic-assisted extraction method is used to extract flavonoids from bamboo leaves,and the optimal extraction conditions are obtained by response surface method.The results show that the optimal extraction conditions are ultrasonic power of 356 W,ultrasonic time of 15 min,ethanol concentration of 59.6%,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶27(g/mL),bamboo leaves powder size of 60~80 mesh and bamboo leaves infiltration time of 40 min.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of flavonoids from bamboo leaves could reach(1.647 5±0.064)%.In addition,the ultrasonic extraction mechanism is analyzed in this paper,and it is found that the thermal effect of ultrasonic wave provides a suitable temperature for the extraction of flavonoids from bamboo leaves,which is beneficial to the extraction of flavonoids from bamboo leaves.Meanwhile,ultrasonic wave degrades the cell wall of bamboo leaves and reduces the mass transfer resistance,and thus facilitates the dissolution of flavonoids from bamboo leaves.
